Saturday, 22nd October, the Cultural Association Chiave di Volta offers an occasion to admire the lake from an unusual perspective: from the eastern shore while climbing the corresponding slopes.
The itinerary runs down, as the waters of the Adda river, from North to South.
The route will start from Bellano, where you will be able to visit the historic centre as well as numerous monuments, such as the Parish Church of Saints Nazaro, Celso and Giorgio (XIII century) and the Church of Saint Marta.
The first following stop will be Perledo, from where by foot you will reach the Castle of Vezio.
For lunchtime you will reach Lierna, on the shores of the lake, and in the afternoon Mandello del Lario, for a visit to the antique hamlet and to the parish church.
The day will end with a second walk as far as the hamlet of Crebbio and the Romanic church of Saint Giorgio, from where you will be able to enjoy a magnificent panorama.
The itinerary will be carried out with your own cars and only in good weather conditions
In case of cancellation, the participants will be informed via e-mail by Friday, 21st October
