Oven baked vegetables and mozzarella mix

Ingredients: (for 2 people)

  • 1 onion
  • 1 pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 mozzarella
  • 6 slices of sandwich loaf
  • salt
  • extra virgin olive oil


Grease an oven-proof dish and lay the thinly sliced onion. Dice all the other ingredients and scatter in layers following this sequence: pepper, tomatoes, mozzarella and bread. And so on until you use up all the ingredients.

Sprinkle with a little oil, put in the pre-heated oven at 180° for 20/30 minutes and serve.
